2. Procedures to obtain a short-term stay visa
If you're not from a visa-exempt country or have a non-qualifying passport, you must apply for a single-entry short-term stay visa.

①  Invitation letter
  If you only need an simple invitation letter,
  it can be issued through the registration page. After completing your registration and payment, you can download the invitation letter from your My Page. This service is free of charge.
   
 
②  If you require documents such as a Letter of Guarantee, Letter of Invitation, Company/Organization Overview, or a Travel Itinerary (PDF) from the organizer (inviter), please note that the provision of these documents is subject to a fee.
